Clause 1
Eligibility and Account Registration
To open a bdaee account you must be at least 21 years of age. You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any third party. You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You may hold only one registered account on bdaee at any time — multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. By registering, you warrant that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. bdaee reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time.
Clause 2
Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdaee account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified bdaee of a security breach prior to the activity occurring. You agree to notify bdaee immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. bdaee will never ask you to provide your password by email, phone or chat. Any request for your password that appears to come from bdaee should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
Clause 3
Deposits and Payment Methods
All deposits to your bdaee account must be made using your own registered payment method. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other methods listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bdaee reserves the right to add, remove or modify accepted payment methods at any time. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your bdaee wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. bdaee does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
Clause 4
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and has been used to make a deposit to your bdaee account. bdaee reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, with most processed within minutes for amounts below ৳50,000 via bKash or Nagad. bdaee reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering or account security concerns are identified. Any bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Clause 5
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by bdaee are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made available. Unless otherwise stated, a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. bdaee reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the amendment does not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and actively in rollover. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic exploitation of bonus conditions — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.

Betting Rules and Game Fairness
All bets placed on bdaee are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in which they are placed. These rules are available within each game or market interface. Results for slot games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live casino results are determined by the physical outcome of the live game as conducted by the dealer in real time. Cricket and sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as declared by the governing body. bdaee reserves the right to void a bet where a technical error, pricing error or data feed failure has resulted in an incorrect outcome being recorded. In cases of voided bets, the staked amount is returned to the player's wallet.

Responsible Gaming
bdaee is committed to responsible gaming. All registered players have access to deposit limit tools, daily loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options via their account settings. Players who request self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the period requested, and bdaee will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications being sent to excluded players during their exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed. Account Closure and Suspension
bdaee reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict access to any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have provided false or misleading information at registration; (b) you are in breach of these Terms; (c) fraudulent or dishonest conduct is suspected; (d) your account activity suggests money laundering or financing of illegal activity; or (e) you are a minor. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited at bdaee's discretion. You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting bdaee support.
Clause 9
Intellectual Property
All content available on bdaee — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software and the overall platform design — is the property of bdaee or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdaee platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the bdaee platform without prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection
bdaee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to improve the bdaee service. bdaee will not sell your personal data to third parties. Clause 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdaee shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if bdaee has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bdaee's total liability to you in respect of any single event shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your bdaee account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by bdaee's gross negligence or fraud.
Clause 12
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, a transaction or any other aspect of the bdaee service, you must contact bdaee customer support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved. bdaee aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. bdaee's decisions regarding game results and bet outcomes are final, except where a technical error can be demonstrated.
Clause 13
Technical Errors and Service Interruptions
bdaee operates its platform with the aim of providing continuous service availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, network conditions in Bangladesh, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout being made, bdaee reserves the right to recover the erroneously paid amount from the affected player's account. bdaee will not be responsible for losses caused by a player's own connection issues, device failures or actions taken during a known or suspected service interruption.
Clause 14
Anti-Money Laundering
bdaee maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with applicable regulations. bdaee monitors player account activity for signs of money laundering or terrorist financing. Where suspicious activity is identified, bdaee is required to file a Suspicious Activity Report and may be required to suspend the relevant account pending investigation by appropriate authorities. Players are prohibited from using bdaee for any transaction whose purpose is to conceal the origin, ownership or destination of funds. Providing false or misleading information during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Clause 15
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Clause 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts. By using bdaee, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
